1. What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the name, restaurant name, call volume estimate, email address, and any optional message you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
2. How we use it
We use your contact information solely to follow up on your demo request and, if you become a customer, to operate the Catch All Orders service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. SMS and phone data
If you use our missed call text-back service, inbound caller phone numbers and outbound SMS messages are processed to deliver the service. Call records are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and are not shared with third parties.
4. Cookies
This website uses only functional cookies (session state, popup dismiss preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-party services
We use Resend for transactional email delivery of demo requests, and Twilio for SMS delivery. Each provider has their own privacy policy and security certifications. Vercel hosts this website.
6. Data retention
Demo inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. Contact hello@catchallorders.com to request deletion of your data.
