1. What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the name, restaurant name, call volume estimate, email address, and any optional message you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes.
2. How we use it
We use your contact information solely to follow up on your demo request and, if you become a customer, to operate the Catch All Orders service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. SMS messaging and consent
By providing your mobile number to Catch All Orders, whether when you request a demo, enter it on a form, or contact a restaurant that uses our service, you consent to receive text messages related to that interaction. These may include demo scheduling, order confirmations, service updates, and replies to a missed call.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. After you send STOP, we send one confirmation and then no further messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent/opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messaging described above.
For the missed call text-back service, inbound caller phone numbers and outbound SMS messages are processed to deliver the service on behalf of the restaurant that was called. Call records are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting.
4. Cookies
This website uses only functional cookies (session state, popup dismiss preference). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-party services
We use Resend for transactional email delivery of demo requests, and Signal House for SMS delivery. Each provider has their own privacy policy and security certifications. Vercel hosts this website.
6. Data retention
Demo inquiry data is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. Contact josh@catchallorders.com to request deletion of your data.
